- school orientation workshops
- workshops helping parents understand how to communicate effectively with schools and how to support student learning at home
- regular Q&A sessions & document deciphering sessions (reading school flyers, paperwork, newsletters, permission forms, etc.)
for teachers, volunteers, & school/agency staff:
- professional development opportunities

- a resource & planning space
- training for volunteers, school/agency staff, and others
for everyone:
- special presentations and workshops in various content areas provided by experts in our community
